Clocked In serves as a universal time keeping system for payroll records. Recorded work hours are counted in minutes and reported as 00.00 hours. Employees can only track time during scheduled shifts.
+ CLOCK IN
Employees can clock in from the app when they are within the gps limits of the store premise and it is a scheduled shift start time. Attempts to clock in before the scheduled shift will display a count down timer to the scheduled start time.
To enable an early clock in, a manager can adjust the start time of the shift and the employee can clock in.
All employees currently clocked in will be visible in the team section to managers and owners. Managers can start and end shifts at anytime.
+ CLOCK OUT
Employees can clock out at anytime from the app or tablet. Managers can clock them out from the app.
+ AUTO CLOCK OUT
Shifts will automatically clock out at the end of a scheduled shift.
+ ADJUST END TIME
When an employee has worked beyond the scheduled end time and their shift has auto-clocked out, they are prompted to enter the actual shift end time and submit for management approval. A red notification appears in each timecard and indicates that manager action is required. Managers can approve the extension or modify it to update the time card.
