*On-Demand Staffing is priced as a flat rate based on actual hours worked. Once a shift is confirmed, Clocked In handles timetracking, insurance, taxes and payroll for this worker as the Employer of Record. After the shift has been completed and approved, the account will be charged for the total payroll including base wage (as specified by the posting manager), FUTA, SUTA, Medicare, Medicaid, Unemployment Insurance and Workmans Comp Insurance.
**In-Network Staffing is determined by the existing Employer of Record. If the shift location is a seperate Employer of Record than the employee’s home store, then On-Demand Staffing will be used (see above). If the shift location shares a management company with the employee’s home store and the locations are connected under the Business Plan, then actual hours worked are added to payroll reports.
